When you sign up for Catholic Artist Directory, we collect your name, email address, and profile information you choose to provide. Artist profiles may include biography, photos, music samples, social media links, and pricing information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the directory, process subscriptions, send booking inquiries, and communicate with you about your account. Artist profile information is displayed publicly as part of the directory service.

3. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Booking inquiry data is shared between parish subscribers and the artists they contact. We use Resend for transactional email delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
